Refund Policy
At Get Pro Parts, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Cases for refund
1. Simple withdrawal (change of mind)
Changed your mind? No problem.
- Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt
- The product must be returned in its original condition, intact and in its packaging
- Return costs: at the customer's expense
- Refund: full product price
2. Defective or non-conforming product
Have you received a defective product or one that differs from your order?
- Full refund: product price + initial delivery costs
- Or free resending of a replacement part, at the customer's choice
- Return costs: at the customer's expense (reimbursed upon proof)
3. Product damaged during transit
- Send us a photograph of the damaged product to contact@getproparts.com
- After verification, full refund with no need to return the product, or resending of a replacement part
4. Order not received
- If your order is not received within the indicated timeframes, we will proceed with a full refund
- This guarantee is automatically included with every order
5. Opened packaging, intact product
- The return is accepted if the product is intact and complete
- Return costs: at the customer's expense
6. Opened sealed product
- For hygiene reasons, the return is refused if the sealed product has been opened, except in the event of a proven defect
7. 2-year warranty on all parts
All parts sold by Get Pro Parts, including those from returns or refurbished parts, benefit from a 2-year warranty covering any functional defect. Upon simple presentation of a photograph or video of the defective part, we will proceed with the free resending of a replacement part, with no mandatory prior return.
Return procedure
- Notification: contact us by email at contact@getproparts.com or via the online withdrawal form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Confirmation: we will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Sending the return: send the product within 14 days of your notification to the address below.
- Inspection: upon receipt, we will verify the condition of the returned product.
- Refund: the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, via the payment method used for the initial order.
